RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund 100% of your payment subject to the following limitations: 

  • We require that the item be in its original condition with the original packaging, and that all included paperwork be included.  Evidence of use (scuffing, abrasion, wear), such that the item can no longer be sold as new, will subject the purchase to a restocking fee of 15% of the invoice amount, determined at our discretion.
  • We will NOT accept for return any Rifle Scope, Laser Sight, Tactical Light, or Night Vision Device that has been mounted to a weapon.  Please determine that you are fully satisfied with your purchase prior to mounting it to a weapon. 
  • Some products we sell are covered by manufacturers’ warranties that specifically require the item to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.  If you send such a product to GSS, we will forward the product to the manufacturer and defer to the manufacturer’s decision as to repair or replacement.
  • We will cover the cost for returning a product only when shipping is arranged through the GSS Customer Service Department.
  • Products returned other than wrong items shipped (see below) or canceled orders that have already been shipped are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the invoice amount, subject to the discretion of GSS.  Please contact GSS Customer Service Department for more details.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED: If we ship you an item other than what you ordered, please alert GSS Customer Service immediately and we will endeavor to ship you the correct product via UPS 2nd Day at no additional cost to you.  If the product is not available, we will offer backorder as an option.  Please see backorder provisions below.  Furthermore, we will arrange for and cover the costs of returning the wrong item.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately so that we can contact the shipping carrier.  Damage is covered by the shipping carrier and subject to the terms of the Conditions of Sale and the Delivery provisions included therein. 

BACKORDERS: We sell only items that we reasonably believe we can supply.  If we are not able to ship your order immediately, we will alert you by e-mail of the status of the order, a revised shipping date, and provide you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund or to backorder the item.  At that time, you may provide alternative shipping instructions (any additional shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense).  Otherwise, when your item is shipped after being backordered, the original shipping instructions will be followed.

RESTRICTED ARTICLES: Every customer is warned to check with local authorities on purchases of knives, pyrotechnics, batons, tear gas, hazardous articles, frangible ammunition, weapons and weapons magazines and other regulated items.  It is your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws. Offers of merchandise are void where prohibited by law.
